The circular plan of the villa offers two breezy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an open living and dining area and a newly revovated kitchen. The front patio is tiled with non-slip Italian stone and has a naturally shaded overhang. The second bedroom has a private patio with a shaded table and chairs. Walk in just minutes to the Royal Palm Restaurant and Sunset Grill, the tennis court and the resort pool.
The kitchen was completely renovated in 2018. It includes all new stainless-steel appliances along with a freezer and washer dryer. There is a stone BBQ in front of the villa providing a unique opportunity to grill local fare! Use as your personal Villa or established Income Property.
